Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Deliveries & Refunds

Upcycle Shipping:

After placing your order, your item will be shipped out in 5 to 15 Business days.

After your order is shipped out, you should receive it in 3-5 days depending on the item. You will receive a tracking email for your order when it starts to process, and another email when it ships out. Soulfully Rooted Corporation is not responsible for any possible delays caused by national disasters or during COVID-19.

Please keep in mind that UPCYCLED ITEMS are handmade by McKina herself, so it could be a longer wait based on the materials, designer bag inventory, Jewerly supples/charms and order amount.

McKina and all of Soulfully Rooted take pride in every order and want each customer to receive perfection, so please be patient. We value and thank each and every one of our customers that have supported our mission to raise awareness to mental health.

Apparel / Accessories:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  This is shown on your receipt as well.

UPCYCLE SALES ARE FINAL.

All disputes will have legal actions with proof of delivery and shipment.

If your item was damaged / wrong size and or  is accepted, YOU will be responsible for your own return shipping label. When we have accepted the return we will include detailed instructions on how and where to send your package

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

UPCYCLE IS NONREFUNDABLE They are custom items that we make for your liking. Please contact us at customerservice@soulfullyrootedfoundation.com for any questions.

Disputes: Any disputes before items are received will not be shipped till dispute is settle.
